Refund Policy

TradeForce AI is offered on a subscription basis for business and professional use. Access to the platform is billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase or renewal.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be provided for the current active billing cycle.

When a subscription is cancelled, access will ordinarily continue through the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated in a separate written enterprise agreement. Future billing will stop after the active period expires.
