Subscription access, features, and account privileges may be updated, limited, suspended, or terminated in cases involving misuse, non-payment, legal compliance requirements, platform maintenance, security concerns, or product changes. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeForce AI is provided on an as-available and as-configured basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or business outcome. Users are expected to independently review and validate estimate outputs before sending them to customers or relying on them operationally.
